We would like to acknowledge and express thanks to Brian Furtado and all his crews working for their part in our project. Their inputs and outputs towards our research of their chain has been a great learning experience.
He has been the manager of Dunkin Donut in Paterson for 20 years and strong.

Every since he was 15 years old he worked with his sister who was 14 years old and his father who is the owner.
