The company also offers a variety of drink options such as regular hot coffee or flavored iced coffee, lattes, smoothies, tea's, refrigerated drinks, etc. Dunkin also provides customers with options to get instant coffee to make at home as well as Kuregg. There are also many different coffee mugs, t-shirts, holiday items, and more available for purchase at the store.

Cost: Delivering a service or a product at the lowest possible cost to the satisfaction of external or internal customers of the process or supply chain.
        Dunkin Donuts takes pride in providing their customers with low, affordable prices. Prices at DD are among the lowest in the market compared to competitors such as Starbucks.

Time: Quickly filing a customer's order.
       DD's uses a hybrid system. There are employees working in the front and in the back as well. The employees work together to fulfill the customers order in a quick and easy way. For example, when you order a sandwich, the cashier takes your order and sends it to the employees working in the back who then makes the sandwich and delivers it to the customer. This process should only take about five minutes.

         Since Dunkin Donuts is not known for having many healthy options in the past, the company had added items over time to the menu that are more healthy. Dunkin Donuts takes pride in providing quality coffee, beverages, and food to their customers.
